قنبری}، زنی که در سن ۶۴ سالگی در روستایی در
دامنه کوه البرز در شمال ایران شروع به نقاشی
کرد و تحسین و اعجاب همه هنردوستان را
برانگیخت، سواد نداشت ولی میتوانست شعر
بسراید، رویاها و خاطراتاش، افسانههای محلی
را به تصویر کشد، از ازدواج نا خواسته، از
ناملایمات زندگی در دوران ارباب و رعیتی و از
زندگی با هوویش بگوید و داستانهای قرآن و
انجیل، آدم و هوا را بکشد.
